Obtained by blending white and red wines from the same soil, vinified separately in temperature controlled stainless-steel tank. During the blending, each grape varieties bring their identity and features then second fermentation in bottle and ageing during 18 months.
This rosé reveals beautiful hints of red and black berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant). Really fresh in the palate, this cuvee is pleasant and thirst-quenching by its lightness. Well-balanced, the finish is fruity and long without any heaviness or plumpness.
Pair it with a fruit dessert or an exotic dish to sublimate the cuvee.
